  • Canada:

    • Untracked Lettermail: $4.00 CAD (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days) NO INSURANCE - for orders 0-0.5kg

    • Standard: $10.00 CAD (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days) 

    • Standard: $0.00 CAD (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days) ORDERS OVER $75 CAD

    • Express: $21.90 CAD (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days)

We offer free domestic standard shipping to Canada on orders over $75 CAD. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Standard CAN shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped". All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout.

  • United States:

    • Standard Shipping: $15.00 CAN (Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days)

    • Standard Shipping: $0.00 CAN (Estimated delivery: 7-10 business days) ORDERS OVER $100 CAN (approximately $75 USD)

    • Express Shipping: $34.90 CAN (Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days)

We offer $0 standard shipping to the USA on orders over $100 CAN (approximately $75 USD). Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Standard U.S. shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrives 5-7 days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped". All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer preferences during checkout.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you choose a delivery option other than lettermail. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us at crystalcorecompany@gmail.com immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

  • If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at crystalcorecompany@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are REQUIRED.

7. P.O. Box Addresses

  • We can ship to P.O. Box addresses within Canada. For U.S. shipments, we recommend providing a physical address to avoid any delivery issues.

8. Customs and Duties (For U.S. Orders)

  • For orders shipped to the United States, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

9. Local Pick-Up

  • If you’re local to Halifax Regional Municipality, you can opt for local pick-up. Please order through our Instagram (@crystalcoreca) by sending us a direct message or by email (crystalcorecompany@gmail.com) with an image of the item(s) you wish to purchase. In response, a message will be sent with our upcoming local markets for that week with times and locations, and you may choose the market that is most convenient for you to pick-up your order. Pre-pay by e transfer at crystalcorecompany@gmail.com, once a time and place is confirmed for pick-up.
